About Buurtgezinnen Nijmegen

Buurtfamilies is an initiative based on an old idea: we raise children together. Families that can use support (asking families) are linked to a warm and stable family in the neighborhood (support families). This way children get some extra love and attention and parents are relieved for a while. The help is commonplace and friendly.
